A baby seal was taken from an area near Samoa Bridge, California by a couple and placed into an aquarium in the back of the car. It is unclear what the motivation behind the couples actions is, but they facing an $11,000 fine, up to a year in jail, and losing their vehicle. The police recovered the baby seal and took it to North Coast Marina Mammal center to be cared for and hopefully released in the future. Click here to learn more.
