The common bottlenose dolphin has evolved impressive hunting strategies, such as mud-ring feeding. These predators can corral a school of fish with a few strong flicks of their tail and a circular swimming motion. Mud-ring feeding was imagined to be unique to just a few bottlenose dolphin populations in Florida, but a recent study shows that the behavior is more widespread. Click here to read more.
